Biographie
La professeure Konstantia Koutouki enseigne aux programmes d’études supérieures en common law et Business Law in a Global Context et donne des cours de droit international avancé. Ses recherches examinent les liens entre le commerce international, la propriété intellectuelle et la protection de l’environnement. Elle possède une vaste expérience dans le domaine du développement social, économique et culturel des communautés autochtones et locales, ainsi que dans la préservation des espaces naturels et des connaissances traditionnelles. Elle a une expérience de première main partout dans le monde auprès des communautés autochtones et locales, avec lesquelles elle a partagé beaucoup de temps à titre d’invitée et de chercheuse.
