Research expertise
Les travaux que je mène actuellement portent sur la relation entre le sommeil, la santé publique et la performance humaine. Mon programme de recherche se concentre sur deux axes de recherche complémentaires: 1) Caractériser les déterminants environnementaux, sociaux et comportementaux de la santé du sommeil; 2) Caractériser les résultats cognitifs, physiques et mentaux de la santé du sommeil.
