In the inaugural Episode 1, August interviews Professor Michael Jabara Carley, Université de Montréal, Department of History, an expert on the history of Russian and Soviet foreign policy. He is the author of six books (both published and forthcoming) with numerous translations (also both published and forthcoming), of which four are in Russian. He is a prolific writer not afraid to take unpopular positions.
