Research expertise

Dre. Vadboncoeur est une ophtalmologiste spécialisée en uvéite; ses champs d’expertise incluent la prise en charge et le traitement des uvéites de la clientèle adulte et pédiatrique. Professeur adjointe, Dre Vadboncoeur participe activement à l’enseignement des étudiants en médecine, résidents et fellows en ophtalmologie. Par ailleurs, Dre Vadboncoeur a également complété une maîtrise avec une concentration en épidémiologie et biostatistique. Elle est impliquée en recherche avec des projets locaux, nationaux ainsi que dans des études cliniques multicentriques.

Dre Vadboncoeur est membre de l’American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), de l’American Uveitis Society (AUS) ainsi de l’Association Canadienne d’ophtalmologie (COS).

Biography

Dre Vadboncoeur a fait ses études médicales ainsi que sa résidence en ophtalmologie à l’Université de Montréal. Elle a ensuite complété un fellowship en uvéite et immunologie oculaire à l’Université Northwestern à Chicago (É-U). Depuis 2019, Dre Vadboncoeur pratique au Centre Universitaire d’Ophtalmologie de l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont.
