Research expertise
Nous étudions la régulation et la dynamique des voies de maturation de l’ARN. Notre objectif principal est de déterminer l’ensemble temporelle et spatiale et la coordination des facteurs de maturation de l’ARN, ainsi que d’identifier les mécanismes de contrôle sous-jacents qui conduisent le traitement, la modification et l’assemblage des différents ARN dans la levure bourgeonnante S.cerevisiae et les humains. Nous combinons des approches protéomiques, biochimiques et computationnelles pour construire une image dynamique des voies de maturation de l’ARN dans différents contextes cellulaires et organismes pour obtenir des informations importantes sur la façon dont la maturation des ARN est liée à d’autres processus cellulaires, y compris les voies qui détectent et réparent les dommages à l’ADN, le développement et l’apparition de diverses maladies telles que la maladie d’Alzheimer et la SLA.
