Expertise de recherche

Dr Imourana Alassane-Kpembi détient un DMV de l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (Sénégal), et un PhD de Toxicologie de l’Université de Toulouse (France). Sa thématique de recherche s’articule autour des effets sur la santé des expositions chroniques et à faibles doses aux mycotoxines, et à d’autres contaminants naturels, individuellement ou en mélange. Il s’intéresse particulièrement aux effets sur l’immunité, la santé intestinale, et la fonction de reproduction. Les travaux de recherche de Dr Alassane-Kpembi conjuguent des approches in vitro, ex-vivo et in vivo utilisant le porc comme modèle expérimental de prédilection, en raison de la finalité duale agronomique et biomédicale de cette espèce.
