Research expertise

Nos travaux portent sur les déterminants de l’état nutritionnel des personnes âgées en lien avec la santé cérébrale et cognitive. De plus, nous nous intéressons aux fonctions physiologiques de la vitamine K, à son métabolisme en condition normales et pathologiques, et à son rôle dans l’anticoagulothérapie. Nos activités de recherche incluent des travaux de nature fondamentale et clinique.

  • Rôle de la vitamine K dans les fonctions cérébrales et la cognition : études mécanistiques chez l’animal et interventions cliniques.
  • Influence du statut vitaminique K sur la stabilité de l’anticoagulothérapie chez des patients traités à la warfarine sodique.
  • Aspects nutritionnels et métaboliques d’un bien vieillir cognitif.
